A wedding flower business. I do other types of floral arranging too.

Limited Liability Corporation?Ummmm....Danny? Could you take a look at this paper from the small business meeting at the library? I'm going to go arrange some flowers for the Bunco Party. Sigh.

Well, we decided on Limited Liability. Now I can put llc. at the end of everything. Thanks to Howard for the advice! What this means to me is, if someone decides to sue Amy's Wedding and Event Flowers they can have my floral knife, some vases and a box of floral foam. But, they can't take our car or our house or our retirement. We are looking forward to that retirement! :)

Now all I need is a state business license and an FEIN. And the gal at the library meeting said I need a Business Plan... and a Mission Statement...and a business bank account... and I need to do market research...and come up with a Marketing Strategy.

Ummm...yeah...how hard can it be?
